A. Shipping Costs and Information:
By default, we can only ship goods to the countries listed below. If you would like us to ship to another country, please email us (office@trueorganiccosmetics.at) before placing your order and provide us with the item, quantity, and delivery address, including the country and corresponding ZIP code. We will then let you know shortly whether we can ship to the desired country and, if delivery to the specified address is possible, provide you with the shipping costs, as we must first check shipping availability and costs with our shipping partner.
I. Shipping within Austria:
We charge a flat rate of €9.90 (including VAT) per order for shipping within Austria. Orders with a gross value of €55.00 or more qualify for free shipping within Austria.
II. Shipping to Germany
We charge a flat rate of €14.99 (including VAT) per order for shipping to Germany.
We offer free shipping to Germany for orders with a gross merchandise value of €110.00 or more.
III. International Shipping

B. Delivery Information
I. Delivery Times
For deliveries to Austria, the delivery time is 3–5 business days.
For deliveries to Germany, the delivery time is 5–7 business days.
For deliveries to other countries in the European Union, the delivery time is 7–12 business days.
For deliveries to non-EU countries, the delivery time is 12–14 business days.
II. Information on Calculating the Delivery Date
The delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded, provided payment has been made, and ends at the close of the last day of the period.
If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the government at the place of delivery, that day shall be replaced by the next business day.
