I am the company’s founder and CEO, and I have had the opportunity to learn many different things throughout my life.

From my training as a paramedic, to my studies in astrophysics and music production, to my passion for IT and shooting sports—it’s all there. I see myself as a jack of all trades.

My motivation for True Organic Cosmetics stemmed from a personal need, combined with the desire to become the best employer in the world. 

I am the co-founder of True Organic Cosmetics and oversee product development and marketing. Thanks to my many years of experience as a master hairdresser and natural hair stylist, I have always wanted to develop genuine natural and organic cosmetics to keep my clients’ hair healthy and beautiful in the long term. Together with Dominique, I was able to make this dream a reality.

Our story, told in full detail and with complete honesty:

Many women think their hair is the problem—too dry, too unruly, too thin, too curly.
And they often believe they need to do more—use more products, style it more, and have more control.

But what if the problem isn't the hair at all? What if it's the products we use to treat it? That's where our story begins.

Even as a child, Isabella knew she wanted to be a hairdresser. Not because she followed trends, but because she saw how people blossomed when they enjoyed looking at themselves in the mirror again. At 9, she drew her own salon. At 15, she began her apprenticeship. But by 16, she knew: this wasn’t it.

Chemical dyes, silicone-based treatments, artificial shine—a finish that had nothing to do with true beauty. In her third year of training, everything changed: she discovered plant-based hair dyes—and with them, a whole new dimension of care: free of irritants, free of unpleasant odors, and free of pretense. Instead, results you can feel. And a feeling that lasts.

In 2018, Isabella opened her own Organic Hairspa—a place where people can feel at ease and where hair care finally makes sense. But one thing was still missing: natural hair care products that not only work but also delight the senses.

Then Dominique came along. She was well-organized, with a background in the medical field—and a deep desire to do things differently. Together, we began to question, develop, and connect:

Nature & effectiveness, style & substance, feel & texture.

That’s how TRUE ORGANIC COSMETICS came to be. Not to launch yet another cosmetics line, but to show that true hair care doesn’t have to come at the expense of health, naturalness, or beauty.
